Training is a journey and as with any journey there are many ways of getting from A to B. This page will help provide a flavour of the business areas we regularly work with both on a consultancy basis and training and development providing a starting point for that journey.

Exceptional customer service

Everyone talks about Customer Service being important, but how many truly deliver? People say "the customer must be satisfied" but ask yourself, is a satisfied customer really good enough? What does the word "satisfied" really mean? Ok, average, 5 out of 10, adequate? If you are a quality and well respected brand, up there with the best of the best, shouldn't the service you provide your customers be the best of the best? After all, excellent service will lead to excellent sales. We can work with you in your quest to offer customer excellence, show you what it looks like and what it takes to deliver it. Grow your sales

Why go for traditional sales training when we can offer you a "blended" approach, selling skills combined with operational and technical knowledge of the products your sales team are selling. Understanding their Unique Selling Points, where they fit in the market place and what their competitors offer is hugely important but rarely features in traditional sales training. We will cover a traditional sales process applicable to your business and your sales teams specific roles but work with your product too, not from a product experts view point, from a sales team and prospective customer view point.

Aftersales/market support

Creating the best After Sales parts and service offerings is the holy grail of any support network. We can work with your Spare Parts/Chandlery and Service departments to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. Parts inventory management is hugely important, invariably it is responsible for tying up large amounts of capital but is often the department making the most money! Workshop/service departments tend to experience the same problems no matter which industry they work in. Working with and improving workshop management, measurement and efficiency is one of our strengths, and if we're honest, a passion too!

One to one - training and development at a personnel level, at any position in the company

We regularly work with apprentices both on-site and at their colleges helping businesses grow their next generation of personnel. At the other end of the scale we feel very privileged to have been invited by owners and directors to assist them manage changes in their businesses.

Process, System and Product training - We have delivered many training courses assisting businesses implementing new systems and processes, revisiting processes and establishing process discipline and some product training. Naturally we will only get involved if we have sufficient knowledge of your system/processes/product and of course your business and people. However, if you would like to discuss the possibility of engaging us to deliver this type of training please call us. It can be very beneficial to have an "outsider" deliver this type of training but, only if they have the applicable knowledge.
