Live on-line training
In addition to "face to face" classroom training we also offer fully interactive "live" on-line training.
Please don't confuse live on-line training with some e-learning you may have experienced in the past.
Participants take part in training remotely as with e-learning, from their office or a meeting room but they are not alone. In the "virtual training room" other participants attend the course and the trainers voice will accompany them on their on-line journey.
They will see the training material along with the live trainers voice, they will engage in interactive exercises, group work, talk to each other, ask and answer questions.
On-line training will not be the right solution for all instances. Some courses along with training follow ups, refreshers and course work reviews will work exceptionally well in the on-line training environment.
During our initial discussions with you we can determine if this is the best and most appropriate approach. In some situations it may be obvious, for example; clients often discuss running a one or half day follow up session which can be a logistical nightmare and costly, an on-line solution here would be perfect.
These are just a few potential advantages to on-line training;
Sessions are typically no longer than 2 hours meaning staff cover is less of an issue.
Travel and overnight costs are not incurred
Working hours are not taken up with travel - and participants attend less stressed
Timings to fit around your business
