Traditional face to face classroom training
Most of our training is delivered face to face by Tim in a classroom environment. His style is highly interactive and always motivational. He draws on approaching 14 years of training experience to engage participants and work with them, collaboratively. Whether he is drawing out solutions, teaching a process, explaining the workings of a drive system or simply provoking thought, his sessions are always, stimulating, educational and fun. The location is completely up to the client, you don't need your own training academy, we will guide you all the way, from the very first meeting to ensure the course is right, the experience for those participating is great and all is in place to follow up after the training to ensure implementation takes place. This last point is so important and often neglected. We will remind you, a lot!
We can help with follow up work, support, encouragement and engagement. We can organise projects for your participants to work on after the course to assist with the implementation process. We will keep in touch with the participants following the course to ensure the subject remains a focal point whether or not project work is set and we'll always be at the end of the phone.
